because it's hard to screen a person late evening for an appt that same evening....especially on a Saturday night.

At a certain point, the odds of having a good experience become quite small.  Waiting for another day at least means you still have your money.

+1! How many days in a row does this guy think he can contact last minute/same day for an appointment for 30 minutes to an hour from contact?!?! I'm just saying, at least get prescreened for your next "in the heat of the moment" scheduling.  Would save yourself a bunch of hassle!     just my 2 cents.
