I used to live in Virginia near the beach and my favorite places to eat fresh fish were those little shacks on the Roberts near the coast. They were literally kitchens with walk-up windows on a covered porch like area. A couple picnic tables nearby, and a small fishing vessel a few yards away. You can't get much fresher food if you caught it yourself. My favorite fish of all time is bluefish. It's flaky mild and all you need to do is dredge it in flour and fry it in butter. A squeeze of lemon juice and you're good to go. Best. Fish. Ever. You can't get it anywhere but the east coast though, so next time I get out there I'm gonna charter a boat and go deep sea fishing. Freeze what I catch on dry ice, and being it home with me. Yum!
