A provider I have been seeing for close to 3 years alerted me to another provider on BP that is using her pictures.

Question: Is there anything that she can do?  

I will not post links to real and fake provider unless I know that it is something that can be done legally on this board.

If enough people "report" the ad and state the pics are stolen then bp will take it down ... So maybe you should give us the links. At the very least it would be good to know so hobbyists don't call the fake ad.  

Last by not least she should use watermarks from now on.

It's possible the other poster will back down when they realize they have been found out although perhaps not all that likely.  I don't know how BP handles such situations but I would hope that with adequate documentation they would take action.

It is worth a try if the infringed provider complains herself but no guarantees BP will care much. Now a certified letter with copies of the infringing ad mailed to the address in the link below will be sure to get their attention

Hey guys!! I have been reading the thread and can you please go report Stephanie's ad! She is using my pictures and I called her to confront and she hung up on me! She then text saying (girl I'm making 1000 a day off ur pics thankssss :))
This young girl obviously doesn't care!! I'm bringing this to your attention so who know who the fake is and the real!!
******as to the guy saying if you've seen natalie for three yrs where's review etc etc......
