Does anyone else not get any response back from Vera or Tessa Tease ?
I've been trying a quite a few times and nothing back yet I see reviews of them on here all the time.
Any help would be great, I would love to see them.

Add Bella, Lilly Grace, Megan, Vida and Milan to the list. The massage girls are not good at responding.

Brandi Rodriguez, Lora Soto, and Ashley Mae can be added to the list.
Maybe 1 or 2 of these gals will be so bold as to go independent. Frankly I'm surprised Lilly Grace hasn't by now.

10 girls same scheduler. If your black listed you will not see those 10 girls . Sounds like you are blackl listed or you would have heard back

Business must be great, not just good. If only those providers knew, when sitting idly in those apartments polishing their nails, that their dance cards could have been full.

I’m not holding my breath but hoping even just a few will go independent.   Having stated that, maybe they are always booked. Though seeing repeated ads on the same day makes me doubt that.

Hard to go independent. Scheduling , renting an apartment. High risk.

you are aware their base rates will go up? Are you still willing to see them now that their overhead costs are higher and their rates have to go up to compensate for that so they aren't as high volume? Because that does take a toll on the body.

I’d be willing to bet that the amount they can keep, instead of  paying the “house fee”, for each appointment, would cover the overhead.

They must blacklist people for no reason or maybe they blacklisted me for too many emails.

I have seen one of the ladies mentioned multiple times. I tried booking and our schedules didn't line up and I politely apologized for emailing and not scheduling and they said they understood. At the time, the provider didn't have set day or hours and had limited availability. Now that she appears to be working a more consistent schedule, based on ads, I get no reply from them. How do I get blacklisted for that? I have talked to providers about the lack of communication and they use the same excuse, that people get blacklisted. I have heard some of the reasons they have gotten blacklisted and I and others have done nothing close to that.

What they need to do is stand up to the schedulers and tell them to respond, especially to those that are repeat customers. They are losing out on a lot of money due the attitude of the schedulers.

See, every now and then one of them goes independent and before they do, when still in the consideration phase, they usually reach out to an independent for advice. Having advised one or two, the house fee wouldn't cover the difference unless they stay HIGH volume, which in turn will burn them out faster.

1. Advertising & Marketing
    •    Directory listings (Tryst, P411, Eros, Slixa, etc.): $50–$500+/month depending on selections
    •    Website hosting, domain, design: $250–$1,000+ annually (usually wanted because it adds to legitimacy)
    •    Professional photoshoots: $300–$1,000+ (refreshed yearly but some invest more)
    •    Social media/content creation: cost unknown (time-consuming and sometimes outsourced)

2. Screening & Admin Tools
    •    Various screening platforms: $250 - $600/year
    •    Numbers (Google Voice, Hushed or a business line with LLC): $0 - $500/year)
    •    Email hosting, calendar tools: cost varies
    •    Assistants or Virtual Assistant help (for high-volume or travel-heavy providers): $900 - $3000/month

3. Beauty, Wardrobe & Upkeep (Depends - some genuinely only do this because of this work)
    •    Hair, nails, skincare, waxing: easily $200–$1,000+/month
    •    Lingerie, heels, wardrobe updates
    •    Makeup restocks, hygiene products
    •    Gym memberships, wellness upkeep, therapy, etc.

4. Workspaces & Locations
    •    Incall rentals or day hotels in MSP: $100–$400+/day or $1200-$1800/month for an apartment depending on area
    •    Airbnbs or hotels for travel dates
    •    Car services, rideshares, travel costs
    •    Client-ready items: towels, drinks, snacks, toiletries, etc.

5. Safety & Legal
    •    Security tools, check-in systems
    •    Legal/Business Advice/Structures (for those who opt to formalize their business, structure, & want to protect themselves)
    •    Emergency funds for unexpected situations

6. Time Costs (Often Invisible)
    •    Screening & inquiry responses
    •    Emotional labor (texting/emailing between appointments or if there isn't an appointment is labor!)
    •    Managing cancellations, no-shows, and ghosting
    •    Content creation, newsletters, DMs, and social upkeep

And therein lies the crux of the matter when it comes to rates. Do you keep your rate lower to appease the majority and remain high volume, knowing you will have to take more time off which data shows will ensure you earn LESS over time or do you up the rate slightly, curate a solid inner-circle and ensure you can cover your costs, live, and more importantly, save.

I am glad you pointed this out.  Many people dont understand this and it is like any other busines or starting your own business there is risk/reward with it.... BUT (playing devil's advocate on one small thing)

I agree with about 99% of what you are saying....

BUT with #3.... I am sure many providers are already doing many in that category... Since they are in the profession.  I am sure they are updating clothing, doing nails and hair, keeping body in shape, etc.   Now they might have a higher budget for clothing if Indy will "triple" might be a stretch.  Just saying.... they might have a budget doing that already.

BUT AGAIN you are CORRECT with the rest.   Going "indy" is a higher cost.

It is just like starting your own business for anything else out there.   People dont know the "other" costs, time it takes, stress, etc. That goes along with it.  Just like you stated there is many, many, many behind the scene stuff.   Which is risk and reward.  I am glad you pointed it out.

Probably the biggest is the actual TIME of everything and that is WORTH ALOT... think of screening, communication, setting up appointments, time wasters, figuring out if they are time wasters, actually getting the info, amount of inquiries, scheduling appointments between this and if you have another job or this and personal life (running errands, family life, rest, etc), and so on.  People often forget that providers have social life, daily life, etc.  They have to run and get groceries, go to concerts, see movies, watch their favorite TV shows, sports teams play (go t-wolves/wild/twins), etc.

So to juggle taking 100 stupid "hey" messages along with 100 serious messages in a day takes some time to filter thru.  Same goes for the bookers I am sure as well.   This is what people keep forgetting.

I am so glad you laid this out there for EVERYONE to see.  This might make some other on this board think before they speak and appreciate Indy's more and also enlighten others if they want to go indy.

I wont say anything about fee's because that is up to individuals if they want to charge and want to pay.  It is really that simple.   If you want to drive a lambo you pay for it.   If you want to drive a go cart you pay for it.   The experience is what you make of it.   You might have the time of your life with the go cart and the worst time with the lambo.  You never know.

Stay safe.

I know several guys that are funding $1,000's per month for the #3 stuff for their wives, lol.  Whether they're happy about that or not varies quite a bit but I'm sure there's a few trainers out there working with these ladies that appreciate the benefits of another man's burden.

Going Indy is pretty subjective and I don't doubt Paige's overhead is substantial.  Many have done it w/o that kind of financial investment though and would appear they do pretty well.  Whatever the case, it's good to see when they break away.  IMO, there's still a pimp element involved to any organization that lines up who they will have sex with.  Does the provider have any idea who will be coming to see them?  I'm hoping they do but I'm assuming the only control point they have is after the fact and they can provide feedback on the john being able to repeat or not?
