This might be a tough nut to crack but I'm looking for a provider that cuts hair. Preferably with a license so I don't get all f***ed up.  

Second best would be a reference to a hot younger stylist in the TC area. I figured this would be a good place to ask.

I don't know any ladies to mention currently but I have met several massage providers that have come and gone over the years that worked or trained in that line of biz too.  It's something to keep your eyes and ears out for.  Good luck, sorry I got nothing else to add.

If only SportClips offered the "MVP + Happy Ending", I would get my hair cut a LOT more often.
