They basically wasted money . A disclaimer isn't going to save you I mean say God forbid you get caught redhanded, evidence is evidence the best you can do is STFU.
It amazes me how many people waste money on that type of document when you can simply pay attention and screen better or avoid the situation entirely by not partaking (yeah right
What I want to know is:
Why so willing to give out almost all of your personal info to an agency including a signature that could most likely be investigated by the feds then in turn complain about an independent asking for 2 references and a tidbit of personal info that she'll most likely get rid of later on?

Not only would I never sign me real name, I would never allow it to be known through pre-sceening, ID check, or otherwise.  It turned out to be a trivial annoyance at most.  The piece of paper with no legible information other than her trade name left with me and ended up shredded and in some landfill by now.

signing it would not protect you.  In Fact, I would think it could be used against you.  Sign nothing. Say nothing.

From what I have always been told by my legal friends is that put NOTHING specific in writing (in person, over text, email, ect) and never negotiate anything in person.  If for any reason you realize it's "Uncle Leo" that is in your presence or that he's involved, you STFU.  If I see someone who is newer to the hobby (which is RARE) I be sure to tell them that if it's ever a situation he finds himself in, to do the same and we will all walk away happy campers if we do that and retain legal representation.  

Being someone who pays VERY close attention to all reports on 'escortdrama' and local ladies and gents who have gotten visits from Uncle Leo, the common theme to those who STFU is that they are in a much better position to fight the charge than those who have loose lips...pun intended.
