Perhaps we could have an area on this site that lists the current specials that various providers are offering and what the rates and dates would be?

It sometimes gets hard to keep track of when a certain provider has a special and when they do not.  It seems like running specials works for most providers, so perhaps a service like this will make it easy for everyone.
