If she ever gets busted, LE will have access to all her CC records and you are basically giving LE directions to your front door step.

If you read the Casey Case you would understand that LE doesn't need to see money changing hands, prostitution only needs to be implied for them to make your life real miserable.

1.  The paper trail can be trouble for both gents and ladies in the case of LE.
2.  It has happened where Gents dispute the charges and then ladies are left with no payment for her services.
