First, GFE and PSE can absolutely vary depending on the market, the individual provider, and even the personal dynamics between two people. So there’s no one standardized definition but as a provider, my general understanding and how I operate is as follows:
GFE = chemistry, connection, and intimacy. Think:
• Kissing (LFK and DFK - not everyone agrees wit that)
• Sensual touching and covered FS
• Oral on each other (people debate on whether it means covered or uncovered)
• Cuddling, conversation, laughter, the feeling of “ease” and warmth
• The experience feels more natural, personal, and less “transactional”
GFE does *NOT* automatically mean BBFS.
Some providers who offer BBFS usually place heavy emphasis on a descriptor like “Ultra” GFE, but you should never assume GFE = BBFS unless it is explicitly stated elsewhere (and even then, it’s often discussed only after thorough screening, regular testing, and mutual comfort).
In fact, most GFE providers still require protection and have firm safer sex boundaries.
PSE = more open menu and/or more performative and intense. Think:
• More intense or “performative” acts (think role plays, dirty talk, rougher play)
• Multiple positions quickly, porn-style intensity
• Sometimes includes activities like greek and fetish play (hair pulling, spanking, facials, etc.)
• Often more focused on high-energy action rather than slow-building connection
And no, PSE doesn't automatically mean BBFS either. It's about style, not safety standards. Also, I'd argue most Minnesota men who go for PSE actually want a Naughty GFE/PSE style date. They want the intimacy, chemistry and connection with a woman who can turn into a hot, horny, wanton plaything on a dime.
When in doubt, respectful communication after screening is always key. Every provider defines their offerings slightly differently, and most appreciate clients who ask clear, respectful questions *ONCE* they’ve been screened.
