I have been a participant in massage for over 10 years now but took the last couple off because of the pandemic and in that time many / most or the wonderful ladies I saw have left the business. I want to start again but without the ladies that I use to frequent I cannot get a reference. Advice? Thanks in advance.

I'm in the same boat, There are Independents that will do alternate screening using a combination of employment with a ID or work badge along with a LinkedIn profile and some will want a copy of your Driver License and others just a photo of yourself maybe doing something specific. I've tried the agency girls or ME girls to no avail, so that maybe a waste of time. there's been several discussions on the board about that topic. someone just started a posted about how discussed they are with try to schedule with them.

- You could ask the ladies you’ve seen and reviewed recently if they’d be references for you, or at least give you a white listing on TER.  
- You could join P411 for awhile and find providers who are newbie friendly (“Basic + 0”), ask them for OKs after you see them and then see other providers who accept P411 OKs (many do).  

I offer alternate screening if you are comfortable with it.  

With out knowing but was told by a client that a few FS provider have suggested to come see me first.  

That was nice if them. Bit they never replied to my reference checks how ever they sent clients to me and asked me for reference checks 😅  

All you need is about 5 minutes to read , fill out a form.  
All I ask after wards is whether or not I have permission to keep your information.  If yes more than likely I will have you for about 6 months In history. If no, then I will remove everything but this will make things very hard to give referneces if if not in the nearby time frame.

I agree that P411 is still your best bet but even ones that are newbie friendly may have some kind of additional screening.
