There is a difference between erotica and porn.
Porn is more or less purely carnal, objectifying.
Erotica includes an appreciation of the beauty, the enjoyment of sensual, sexual people.
Both can be lustful, explicit, humorous.  
Erotica however has a deeper joy.
Erotica is about the interaction of two people. Porn is about the interlocking motions of body parts.  
Erotica stirs the imagination.  Porn leaves little to be imagined.  
Erotica is a story. Porn is an instruction kit.

The Board has its erotic places.  
The ads tend to be erotica--hard core ads are not even allowed.
This place is called "The Erotic Review."
Ironically, erotic reviews are often rejected with a blunt "Please add more descriptions of the physical interactions between you and the provider."  And so, a decent piece of erotica has to be salted with with DATY, DFK, MISH, COWBOY, GREEK, SQUIRT so it will pass muster as sufficiently pornish to be posted.
I am not proposing that everyone has to write erotic reviews for The Erotic Review. Some can't.
But it would be nice if the mods would would accommodate the writers who can for the readers who want it.

There are other hobby sites where you can post "stories" rather than reviews.

Do you think erotic type reviews would be more beneficial to the hobbyists or just more entertaining?

Many reviewers will continue to post the usual porn reviews.
The profile tells the menu.
Unhappy encounters will be described in graphic terms.
More variety in review (porn AND erotica) would give a fuller picture of the encounters with a provider.

 I wouldn't object to your suggestions but I can't help but think that reviews without any mention of specific acts might have more entertainment value than actual useful information. Especially if they tend to focus on the chemistry aspect of the appointment.  I'm not sure any review can indicate if two people are going to hit it off when they meet for the first time.

And those are the most useful reviews, those that give a clear picture of the overall experience as well as what exactly happened.

Also, profiles are often inaccurate.  They contain a piece of data from one review, the first one, then get subsequently modified by problem reports if TER accepts those reports.  Profile data would be more useful if we could see it for each review that gets approved.
