With the blurred face pics this isn't 100%, but based on body type I'd say there is a strong possibility those pics are of the porn actress Mariah Milano (search the provider's email and she comes up). It would be awfully lucky for a fraudster to have gotten that email before the actual star IMHO, so that is a point for authenticity. Another point to support authenticity is the level of detail that went into it.
Points against are that she didn't make a post here announcing her visit, no reviews (as you pointed out), and apparently no official site indicating that the real Mariah is escorting.
