This weekend while staying at an upscale hotel I noticed a lady sitting near me who (I would put money on it) is an escort. She started a short convo with me tht lead into a more lengthy discussion about where she is from and which cities she has been to lately. She looked classy but some things popped out that screamed she was waiting for her "date" such as her clothes. A couple more things were noticeable like two phones ... One android and the other a flip phone. She was texting on the flip but would not answer it. I'm not listing everything I noticed but you get the picture.  

I thought I saw you about two weeks ago at a upscale hotel I was staying at but didn't say anything as I wasn't  sure. I looked and looked twice lol. It was right during check in. I come across a lot of escorts. You just get that "escort vibe" like you said the two phones etc etc.

lately that I've wondered about but can't say with 100% certainty so I leave it alone.  Not that I would say anything anyway.  Brain likes to play tricks on me.  Oh to wonder..

I was walking down the hallway in the Hilton in Las Vegas at 3:30 am, when a slightly overweight Asian looking women following me in a spandex outfit asked me, "Honey, do you want some company?" I was willing to bet money she was an escort (leaving after a client meeting).

we all know the standard operating procedure is avoid/ignore, but what if conditions are right. Is starting a harmless conversation sometimes acceptable? Might offer opportunity for both. Discussion could include dropping of hobby terms, like your mileage may vary or non giveaway terms that both would understand?

I used to travel a lot.  Saw quite a number of them in hotel lobbies and cocktail lounges.  Same observations as you.  Multiple phones.  Lots of texting but no voice calls.  Clothes didn't always provide clues.  Mostly it was the body language.  The way they constantly surveyed the room.  Either looking for someone they specifically had a date with or someone that looked like a possibility.  If I was there to observe long enough they would eventually be off to the elevator accompanied by a gent.  Made for great people watching.

About it but its so risky. Maybe if I was on my way out instead of waiting for a "date". She was from Florida and is looking to move up north but is trying to find a good area for work.

I look at people differently than I used to. A couple in a restaurant, she looks way to good for him...hmm I wonder.  The soccer mom alone in the hotel lobby or hotel bar...hmm, divorced and doing what she needs to support her family or a woman away from home on business?... I know which one I want you to be. We see what we want to see, but everyone does have their tells, we are not always as discreet as we think we are. If only there was a secret hand shake so we knew for sure....
I don't think you scream escort when you walk through the lobby but what you scream behind closed doors, well that might be a completely different story

cuz what if she is not.   Escorts are not "on duty" 24/7 and sometimes we just want to be NORMAL.

1) I am not sure 2 phones is as obvious as you think. I have a few friends who have "corporate" or work phones and a personal one even though they have nothing to do with the hobby.

and apparently I did a good job of it if you didn't even recognized me at first.  

in another state, which was held at a moderately priced hotel. I and other members of my family were also staying at the hotel, and were helping with setting up for the wedding and reception. This meant I was always in and out of the lobby area through out the day. A few times I noticed 20 something year old  Latina girls checking in. There was also a guy who was always in the lobby or the back office of the hotel. He seemed to pay close attention to these girls when they were checking in. The next day, while talking with the bride, who told me she thought there was a drug dealer in the hotel. She then proceeded to tell me about the girls and the guy in the lobby. She also told me that she thought this guy was paying some of the front desk staff to chase his competition out of the hotel, which she had seen happen. I then told the bride that what she had seen was not a drug dealer, but a pimp and his girls. She was surprised by what I told her, and said this theory had never crossed her mind, but admitted I was most likely correct.

I was attending a high end dinner party for top top people at a 5 star restaurant in Dallas.  5 star is no joke, each table had two waiters and two bussers for ten people.  If you remove you jacket or tie they will politely ask you to put it back on.  One of the guys was in his 70's and he showed up at the meeting with a different girl each year.  At this one he got so drunk he passed out in his dinner plate.  As he was headed down to the plate the servers stepped in a with a hand on each shoulder slowed him down as the busser quickly took the plate and silver out of the way.  Then they laid him head on the table like nothing was wrong.  After a few minuets his date was asking around the table if anyone wanted her to stop by there room before she went home.  that was twenty years ago and when I see anyone from that table some one will bring it up; do you remember when Joe passed out and the girl was trying to fill her dance card.  The seen belongs in a movie.

I either recognized them or the way they were behaving made me suspicious.  Never said anything to one thought; that's indiscreet IMHO.
