While sometimes there is a legitimate and good provider behind fake pics (occasionally some providers try using pics of someone who looks similar to them for privacy reasons), more likely than not it is pure B&S and you will be unhappy with what happens if you go see her.
That first image shows up in ads from coast to coast across the U.S. and several towns in Minnesota. It's highly probable that the pics are stolen and the advertiser is not the woman in the pics.
...you could ask her to hold up a memo with a certain word on it or to hold up three fingers or something to demonstrate that the pictures are indeed current and she should include pictures that show both her face and her body. There's still no guarantee that she's a legit provider without reviews and she could possibly be LE. Probably not, but ya never know.
Now that you're almost convinced that it's not her in the photos, ask yourself what do you find so compelling about the ad that makes you want to continue to pursue her? (besides the prostate massage, of course) I wouldn't test my luck on an unknown and likely deceptive provider unless I had developed the ability to sniff out the fakes like some of the more veteran hobbyists have. You have many better options available, I feel.

Tineye and Google Image Search will help you find ads using fake pics but just because you don't get any hits doesn't prove they are legit. It's just one of the tools you have to do research.
If you want to ensure the provider you see is 'not law enforcement and safe/ worth it,' see one who has several reviews from reviewers who have an established track record. That's what the review system is for. A one month VIP membership will give you plenty of time to research enough women to keep you going for a year. Plus you will learn things about menu and attitude that no ad is going to give you.
Google and Tineye can help you identify ads to stay away from. But just because the photos are not stolen, that doesn't mean the experience will be good. There are no guarantees when you see an unreviewed provider. It can be a lot of fun. It can be a real bargain. Safe, it ain't.

I've used Tineye, to check out if the pics are real for the provvider below. What does that REALLY guarantee me? She has not TER review.
Any suggestions to ensure that she is not law enforcement and safe/worth it?
