Do you pay attention to it?

If you do, are you expecting the lady is all prettied up & ready for you to come knocking in 30 minutes or less, or are you assuming she is simply open to a same day appointment?

For the ladies.

Do you use this function?

If so, are you ready to take an appointment immediately or simply saying you are open to a same day visit?

I have on a couple of occasions used it.
I do  not expect availability in 30 min but do expect that a response to my schedule request will be near immediate so we can set a time.
If time were to be in 30 min would be happy to see said provider in most any way she presented herself within reason/
If longer timeframe would expect appearance to be as if she set the date a week ago.

I found the ad board to be quite useful when it was available, however I seldom try setting things up at the last minute so the available now feature is of little use to me.

...interested in seeing list themselves on that function. I'm usually not looking for a lady on the sperm of the moment, instead I book at least one or more days in advance. I would assume that a woman who uses that option would be ready for me by the time I got there or able to leave to come visit me within a half hour.

I use this function at times, generally I'm ready to take an appointment within 30 min to an hour  
After putting up the ad however it does work as a same day appointment advertisement also.

I can see its possible value for a guy who has time open up for him on short notice -- maybe the wife going on a girl's night out, etc.  

I haven't used the feature, but I am aware it exists.  

I assume it means the gal is basically on call and therefore is unlikely to be as prepped on short notice as she might otherwise be.  On the other hand, I imagine gals have become pretty efficient time wise at getting ready.  So I can't imagine they would need hours of prep time.

However, if I were to use it, I'd like the lady available within an hour.  

Of course there might be other variables not factored into that hour such as my or her travel time and so on but sooner than later. Otherwise, what's the point. I'm just saying she could be ready to roll/leave her location within an hour or be ready for me if I can get there in an hour or less.

But if I did I would expect a quick response to my attempting to contact her.  But I wouldn't assume she's just sitting around ready for me.

I miss the P411 ads, so this a distant second place.

It tells me that a lady is currently looking for appointments. I expect that she at least get back to me and hopefully be open that day.

streaks, when I either don't get around to checking out the daily hobby activities, or I just realize it's too late in the evening.  

Sometimes I just don't think of it, but being a low volume visitor w/3 ppl a week average - there's been many times I put it to good use, some are days I would love company but haven't heard from anyone that needed that day, sometimes it's because somebody has canceled or rearranged an appointment......
                 Still there are those times when something in my personal life changes & I find myself alone, bored & or horny

The thought never occurred to me that this free & convenient ad posting capability would make it look like there's something wrong somehow or that I'm desperate, to me it's a simple forum of communication saying hey I can be ready in aprox. 30 mi.
 (sometimes I'm all ready -if it's early -I might want closer to an hour) and I'm very grateful that p4 replaced the ad option w/this option.
Sometimes I  wish I could decide when it expires rather than having it automatically need to be re-posted every so often, tho maybe that helps men realize if a gal doesn't repost & hasn't responded quickly, someone else may have beat you to it.....maybe, or maybe she's grabbing some groceries but could still make something work, you never know- but at least you know there's a chance to meet.  -- Modified on 7/14/2016 7:38:15 AM

Whether someone is desperate or not, I can't see how it would show through in the rate at which one advertises.  It's just good business to advertise a lot -- especially if it is free.

I suppose it is possible but I'm more inclined to say that is overthinking the matter.
