Sir sometimes buying a membership might be beneficial. There are alot of things that get pm'ed to you that aren't allowed to be posted. Food for thought.
For what it's worth, I've never gotten an ad via PM. In fact when you send someone a PM, there is text at the bottom that reads "* Sending SPAM is not allowed and grounds for banning from TER" and an ad could be considered SPAM.
Besides his near illiteracy, you have to realize that for people like that, the high point of their day is coming onto internet boards and posting moronic comments. For them that's entertainment.
Gotta love the internet; letting idiots display their stupidity for people all over the place in a matter of moments.
