Even with all the drama, real and make believe, it's very entertaining.  Alot more so than say the Chicago board that is mostly an ISO board.

It's Minnesotans gone wild! If the Chicago board is ever in need of some entertainment just let us know. We'll be happy I'm sure to come on over & play for a spell. It's the neighborly thing to do!

I'm NYC nice. Which equals being blunt, upfront and honest. The truth isn't always pretty or wanted to be heard. It's much clearer and to the point. It saves time and doesn't mislead people.

Most NY are rude. Go out of your way to be considerate, they dont even say thank you.

Help an old lady cross the street and the harpy will not even look you in the eye.

 
So NY Nice = Jersey Shore; just not as loud ;)
