It's like uncovering a mass-grave! I only find out when someone posts and ends up in the cache file where moderated posts wait for approval.
 
  The worst part is how many members have we lost because they were sick of their posting efforts being wasted day after day......I'm only guessing here - not accusing - That file empties out automaticly every couple weeks, so I don't have much "history" of all that we "didn't hear about" -- Hopefully those people who just gave up will find their way back...... So far - I haven't had one "dick head" poster....
