ask a provider to perform a scripted roleplay scenario when I am fairly new to the hobby and really do not want to freak out the provider by asking her straight out to do specific acts. I think just handing her a script would seem pretty tasteless as well. I tend to be rather shy anyway.     Also, can anyone suggest a provider that may be willing to perform a scripted roleplay fantasy

I'm not from the TC so I can't suggest anyone specific. However, I would check here or possibly Eros, where they break down providers by categories (at least they do for SFran).  That being said, it would probably be a good idea to have a session or two with a provider first in order for both of you to feel comfortable with each other to perform an elaborate role play.  
BTW, it would be helpful if you had given an idea of what kind of role play you have in mind (i.e., BDSM or classroom or ??)
