New here. I noticed most of you do in-calls. Is this strictly a money saving thing? What are the pros and cons?

Pro : No Hos in da house.

Some providers only do one or the other. Some do both and have a different fee. If they do both, some charge more for outcall (travel costs / time) while others are higher for incall, presumably needing to pay for a hotel. And some hobbyists can only see providers that provide an incall service. It depends on what works for you.

I just don't think I could do incall, outcall is less risky (only a small margin of she s well reviewed) and is just more comfortable for me personally. If your new and feel the same it might be worth the extra cost, also many ladies don't charge extra for outcall if you book 2hrs or more. Just my two cents.  

For me it's not an incall vs outcall question, it's the type of location you meet at. In a hotel the room is coincided a public space, the hotel manager can and will open the room at the request of LE as no warrant is required. In a private room, apartment, or home a warrant must be serve to gain entry. I prefer incall in an apartment building with a younger crowd, you can come and go without anyone noticing. I do not like condos or townhomes with nosy people watching your every move. In any case I also look for low volume providers, 1-2 guys coming and going a day will not bring the attention that 5-6 guys. I will not have a girl come to my home as in this case 3s a divorce.  

I do not teach law but I do have a few friends that do.

I would have to know someone quite well before having them at my home and it's simply more practical at that point to go to her place.

Far too risky. My ATF was a hotel incall, and she's still working, but subsequent LE activity and a focus on hotels in certain areas of the metro makes it too scary, given that it's deemed a public place. Even with my ATF, won't do it.

I've also had one episode where I planned to visit a private apartment, and on arriving (for reasons I won't go into) I knew it was an LE sting, and turned around and made for the horizon like a fly with it's ass on fire. It was my wake-up call. A close call that would have had life-altering consequences had I not recognized the situation as being a set-up, and I was extremely lucky to do so.

So now I'm a very infrequent hobbyist, only seeing well-reviewed and trusted ladies who I know are in control of their lives. Outcall is much my preference but my personal circumstances make that possible and preferable.

 See I refuse to take adult p4p lightly, so many gals reassure me that  
"LE" just don't have the resources, time & wouldn't go into much effort for us independent gals. I'm not sure I believe that.
Maybe I've seen too many bad cop movies, LOL!
but one thing is for sure having a scenario like that go down... is life changing, it's invasive, humiliating & worse out there for the world to find,as someone who's proud to not have a "record"  it's a risk I'm not ever willing to take.  

         As a matter of fact on more then one occasion people have found me to be too worried and I've turned away from scenarios I had a gut feeling about, if it means having less money that's fine with me..........I make no apologies for staying safe. I also hold myself to an extreme standard of safety with the gals & reference checks making sure to give accurate, and as current reference points that my brain can remember.
 
I also take certain precautions to stay safe with new friends, being called "BSC" is a hellava lot better then having a record.  
Anyway I wanted to say kudos to you for pointing out the it does affect your entire life. This is the number one reason I prefer in-call locations, there is the protection of needing a warrant, I have great common sense & can read people so well it's usually a bad thing, not in this realm, it's served me very well in this realm.  
            I've been thinking  I should try to do some outcalls if for no other reason then to face my jitters about it.
All this being said I will say the majority of men in MN have been so good to me and I'm a lucky gal to have met you all. I will never take any of them or this lifestyle for granted! I have a great potential to lust, and even love~
 and I'm very lucky to have an abundance of this in my world. Thanks to the great guys & gals that have made my life brighter....

I agree!  unless I know someone well, I won't be inviting them to my house.  you just don't know if they are scoping your place out to come back later.  just my humble opinion.  On the other hand, I avoid any seedy incall locations

Mostly for the convenience unless I'm traveling and already have a room.

It would be nice if you would share what you could about your near miss with a sting.  What clues did you see that made you turn away?  

So, you knew it was a sting, but kept to yourself?  If I knew there was a sting, I blasted all over TER.

...it was a very lucky and fortuitous coincidence. It's not really all that helpful as information, other than to state the obvious - if you're turning up to see an unreviewed/unknown provider, you're juggling chainsaws. Had it not been something that would have happened a few days previous, I'd have been none the wiser.  

Recounting the situation publicly wouldn't help anyone (who I would like to help, anyway), and I won't say any more than that (unless you PM me).
