Haven't seen any girls in a few years and the ones I did see are long since retired.  Does mpls have any newbie friendly providers that provide alternate verification?  Looking to come back and get started with a relaxing french session for my first.

It's not something you can search on in TER but it is something to start with.  You could also consider joining a vrification sitr such as P411.

I had also been out of the hobby for over a year and had trouble getting references from providers I had seen in the past.
I purchased a VIP membership on TER and also joined P411. Eventually I was able to get together with someone and that made it easier.
Good luck.

... and I hardly even know you and already I am asking you a favor as you are new.

1. Once you find a newbie friendly provider could you please ask her to whitelist you on TER and if you are on P411 even all the better and ask for the OK!

2.  Being a newbie, well, maybe because you are returning the following may speak to more of those who are completely new to the community... to please look at the websites and ads for things like rates, offerings etc., and please do not ask anyone what her (or his) rate or offering is verbally or in email or text.  The laws are more friendly as these things are not discussed and keeps us all safe in not discussing them verbally and especially not in email or text.

3. Aim toward safety and discretion in all you do and be safe in all actions.

4.  This one is more controversial but a current topic on the discussion board these days with Michael Douglas revealing lately about his mouth or throat cancer is from his cunnilingus activities and the HPV virus and bringing this to the public attention as a public service.  Look at this thread and maybe consider getting vaccinated for HPV, etc. as these are available to us now and keeps the community health battle in a better position if you are wishing to lick or be licked or touched or f'ed while being covered is simply never a guarantee and so positioning yourself in the best strategic position is always a good idea.

Sorry if I sound preachy.  I'm new myself and on my way to asking for the HPV antibodies myself as they are now available to those over 26 :
