Every once in a while I've noticed that a Porn Star will make a stop in the Cities.  Just wondering if anyone has taken the "plunge"?  

I've recently inquired about some Porn Stars who are touring and asked about the Cities.  The answer I get simply is that it's not worth their time because we don't typically want to pay "east/west coast" prices.  Not sure if this is true, but basic common sense would dictate that the mid-west would be a different market with a different price point compared to the coast.  Basic economics.

Thoughts......??????  Ladies, please feel free to give us your opinion on the matter as well.

I do see that some advertise trips here from time to time but your inquiry reminded me of a related question. Since most sex scenes shot during porn movies are "uncovered", I wonder about the increased chance of contracting a STD from a porn star. I imagine that the more reputable porn movie makers do regular STD testing of their on screen talent but such testing in far from full proof. And while I realize that porn stars would unlikely offer uncovered vaginal penetration while providing, much of the other experience would be uncovered, i.e., BBBJ and DATY. Thoughts?

Considering the pay for porn industry is probably in its worst downturn with the economy and free Internet porn; you would think porn stars would want to tour and visit us.

Even A-list porn stars aren't getting the $1k/shoot they were before the economic downturn.  I saw a porn star once and she told me there is alot more $$$ to be made escorting than shooting porn.

If they can get enough guys in other cities who pay their regular rates then why would they come here?

Much more frequently than most providers or hobbyists.  Obviously there is still a risk though as there is a time between when someone catches an STD and when testing will show that.  HIV has a lag of as long as 6 months.  My guess would be it is not a significantly higher risk to see a porn star who does bareback in her movies but is tested regularly so long as you don't go bareback.  The odds would get worse the less often she is tested or if you do bareback with her (some do offer BBFS).  Oral sex is another matter.  From what I have read, HIV is very difficult to get orally but not impossible.  Other STDs are much easier to catch that way.  But I don't have any idea whether it is more likely to catch an STD orally from a porn star than it is with a non-porn star provider.

Its been a long time but I did see Stevie and Raquel Devine when in the Twin Cities.  Both were really a lot of fun, but I was even happier with how nice they were.  It certainly cost a lot, but its something I will always remember.   Having done it twice, I would not need to do it again.   Part of the fun is looking back on a few of there scenes and remember what it was like to be with them..  Its a bit of a trophy thing I guess..  Both provided outstanding experiences.   If you get a shot, I think its worth it..

As for price I know Stevie had decent prices as did Raquel...  (As compared to LA and NYC prices.)   Again that was about 8 to 10 years ago....
