Two or three go-to girls is a must have for every serious hobbyist. These women would be girls you have met at least once, who seemed to enjoy your time and showed interest in meeting again (if they weren't that into you or didn't invite you back, your chances of booking a short-notice appt is small IMO). When in a pinch, give a call and leave a VM if the girl doesn't answer - if she has you in her contacts she'll most likely reply quickly after hearing your msg unless taking care of prior engagements.
A smart phone is a great tool to have in your pocket, but if you are new to technology or worried about a trail, keep it simple, silly. xo Natalie

Just for those situations, you should put a few of your favorite girls' #s in your phone.
If ALL the girls you like only communicate by e-mail, then you're out of luck lol.
I actually had a NS the other day and my phone irritated me to no end. My Wi-Fi was in and out, I was looking here and on BP, and it was just information overload. Had I just opened up my contacts, I could have made quick decisions and phone calls and gone somewhere I wanted. Because I didn't take my own advice, I ended up trying an AMP out that I was curious about. Had fun but not what I had planned for my day nor what I was looking for.
Put some girls #s in your phone and relax. Hold off on getting a smart phone for as long as you can.

Had thought of that but there are some gals that don't like it if you are a no show... so I am assuming they have many no shows... And assumed my date was going to be dependable as well,,, Boy was I wrong.. it was Friday the 13th... and I save a few bucks with the N/S... lol...
Real life happens to all of us from time to time. Even the best of us. Sometimes things come up last minute that are simply unavoidable & we have no other choice but to cancel. At least she let you know as soon as she had the opportunity that she would not be able to follow through rather than pulling an NCNS.
It's unfortunate that your date fell through & I'm sorry but please don't smear her name & reputation because of one unfortunate incident.
just go home..have a cold beer and count all of the money you just saved..

No intent on making a bad name for this date.. felt really bad for her situation. Was just asking general information if any one else may have some similar situations... been trying to set up a date again but have not been having much luck..anyone for Oct. 18th???
