because LE could have used the info to further investigtion&prosecution

What is posted can not be used as evidence because it is hearsay. That does not mean it can not be used as clues to find evidence that they can use.

Honestly, LE gets all they need from advertisements...

Not much we post here helps or hurts, unless they want to target a specific client like Twin Cities Guy.
