Can anyone give me some advice as to how a person should go about getting references? . What do you do when a wonderful person was your only reference and is no longer around? Just looking for some input. PM if you so wish.

joining one of the verification sites. Date-Check and Preferred411 are both nationwide and work very well. RS2K is also very good, and may be popular in your area.

Verfication sites???  Did people not learn from the somewhat recent events??

67 ladies from Minnesota with profiles on Date-Check, and 46 on P411. These are both nationwide sites, and are reputable, not the local fly-by-night hopefuls that don't have a clue. If your concern is LE getting a list, P411 is based in Canada.

You have a couple reviews still up so that should help you get your foot in the door with someone. And isn't Wendy still around? Re-build off what base you have.

If you are a nice guy and treat ladies well, I am sure there are some fine women reading this board who will help you out. Find their postings and try sending some pm's.
