Somehow this topic came up, and it piqued my curiosity. What is the best estimate of how many providers are currently active in Minnesota? I know that there is no way to know exactly, but I would guess that this forum would be the best place to come up with a number. Any number-crunching geeks out there want to chime in? How about providers? Do you have a feeling?

What I like is that there's a lot less "mature" ladies catering to mature guys. So I get to be a big fish in a little pond!

Being a provider covers a lot of ground.  There are providers who cater to only the wealthy and won't be found on TER or any  of the ad sites we here typically see.  There are the providers who we do usually see reviewed  and discussed on TER.  There are the streetwalkers and those whose internet presence is limited to an add with a phone number.  And there are those who fill every niche separate from these.  I believe it is at least in the thousands but beyond that I might as well be throwing darts at a dartboard blindfolded.

There are 151 active on p411 at the moment.  (although those include tourings) So there must be quite a few more non-p411.

Or the companion somebody got to meet when a  
"friend" handed you a piece of paper with a name and number.  She might even turn into the one you spend most of your dates with.

… there’s about 175 providers who’ve been reviewed in the past month.  And of course there’s many more active providers on TER who weren’t reviewed recently, and many others who aren’t on TER.  

An interesting way to guage the number of providers is in any one week would be to ask the question what % of providers are reviewed on TER. My guess about 5% so I am guessing in one week there maybe 40 separate reviews so I guessing about 800 at any time passing thru or in theTC. Just my two cents.
