You may already know this, given your interest in helping victims of sexual violence, but there's several organizations focused on helping those people.  I'm sure any of them would appreciate donations. The largest is RAINN but there's others, which can be found with a quick search.

I disagree about life without parole... I believe 40 yrs with parole if he agrees to chemical castration.

It sounds like he already did this once before....   He should get life with out parole for sure.
