I'm sure there are a lucky few that have made it to the "good old boys" list, but for the rest of us, it seems impossible to even get a reply from the posted ads. I have been respectful, upbeat, included details including desired times, references (with whom I have had great relationships with, tipped very well, etc. Nothing.
So if you're trying to get scheduled with one of the "agency" providers (usually the ones with only the gmail communications, in SLP and EP), don't even bother. you'll likely never get a response.  
I think it's really unfortunate for the providers as well. I'm sure they are likely unaware of some of the practices of the ones that are suppose to be representing them.  
I wish the best to the providers that are a part of that site. but the site itself, and management of, sucks.

You can't blame a whole advertising venue for how a small number of people choose to run their business.Many times we forget that these websites are just that, adverting venues. The people that run them only care about the financial gain that they receive from the advertisers. If service is a requirement when looking at an advertisement venue then I would suggest using p411 where there are repercussions for not not running your business with a high standard.  

I fully understand that there is the allure of the new young thing. I often see gentlemen on this board complaining about the same group of women. These women aren't entitled to see anyone. Also if you don't think that the bookers look on here and cancel gentlemen out based on your comments, think again. If one lady won't value you as a client I am pretty sure that there are 5 in the wings waiting to treat you like a king. So keep your head up and keep searching for the lady that is truly the right fit for you.

MNE is not an agency it's an ad mall and it's really weird to blame an entire website for you not being able to get in somewhere.

MNE is operated by a single or a few individuals who are controlling/scheduling almost all of the advertised ladies listed.  Occasionally, there appears to be an independent who shows up but it seems almost rare.  Another thing is that most of the ladies AREN'T advertising anywhere else that I've seen.  Rarely is a phone number listed and the gmail addys have very common similarities.  At best, it might be a more like a cooperative site used by two or more "agencies".  I'd guess further that the name on the leases of the locations are connected to the owner(s) of the site.

A agree with a lot of what you are saying but think there are a few more indies then you think. Andrea is right that it is an add mall but also feel that it is run by one or both of the agencies. For independents like Andrea and some others the site works so they help the competitors make more money as they get paid by the add.  
I will say if you are looking at those that do not Admit  to being at least 26 that they are almost certain to be the agency so good luck.  
What I can not believe is that with what some say they are paying for rent, bookings , and adds why more do not go out and get their own place and do their own scheduling

The believe is whom ever is operating ME, Is the same as the agency. It just make sense for them to have there own ad site verses paying other for advertising.

 My only complaint about mn E is that there is no type of verifying of the providers , how do we know if some of those ads are for sure consensual adults? Granted this gives those who are consensual who might be aliens a chance to make a living so i see it as good and potentially bad . But I raise an eye brow...  

Some of the things I think about is WHY are there so many false ads? Is it to cause a distraction ? Is it meant to flood an ad mall to help people over look a possible young adult who may not be consensual. Is it disguise ? I get a lil worried.  

As for the OP , I agree with the people posting above , it's possible they are being picky. But maybe it's something to be more patient on to let others TOFTT before you do.  

These are hard times and it's possible that they are just another scam waiting to happen and whom ever posted it , may just not as serious in this profession, hypothetically,  would that be the type of person you would even want to see?  

Imo , I would much rather wait for someone who , at the least , seems more mentally evolved, Happy and ready for me when booking.  

We each have our vetting process , and run into so many inquiries, we pick and choose.. maybe view this as your own type of vetting of providers?

How does one tell of certain providers are run by an agency?

It's an agency or two masquerading as an ad mall.  While there are certainly some number of independents on there, when you read enough of the reviews of the providers on there that are being handled by one or more schedulers even though the ladies each have their own email address.

The thing is even though these MNE ladies are not seeing probably 80% of the guys that actually want to see them they are probably doing very well still. If it were possible for them to branch out and possibly do outcalls with clients the sky is the limit for them but I am guessing they are not allowed.

...that they don't get the emails that are sent, the schedulers do.  The gals simply make sure they're ready to go when they've got an appt coming in.  Simple as that.

...  appointments are lined up by the schedulers on behalf of the ladies but I believe the gals are probably notified if a regular is coming in.  "I saw that you were coming in, I was so excited to see that" is not uncommon to hear.  I've also heard directly from a gal that stated "just so you know, when you email me it goes right to the scheduler" usually followed by alternate contact info, lol.  

After I posted my original part of this thread, I went to MNE and found quite a few gals who appear to be independent.  Many more than I have seen in the past but there are still a great deal of them that contact is by email only and the pics all have commonality.  My assumption is that MNE is simply getting some traction as an ad site rather than just an organized web page for one or multiple agencies working together.
