I rarely have a day off and time to play so when I do get time off I like to set something up - sometimes a week in advance -  to make sure I get to see who I want. Lately this has been more difficult to do. Thoughts? Thanks.

A week in advance usually works for me. As long as we follow up a day or two prior to the scheduled date.

In an ideal situation I would like to schedule a week ahead of time. In reality it is usually works to two to three days  out as my cover for disappearing is usually weather related.
I have found that  the  week out actually has caused me to have more last minute cancelations or reschedules than those with the shorter window.
When that happens I am now in the tomorrow or this afternoon mode as Ihave the time money and no date.
That being said I always feel uncomfortable asking for the short notice date. With the  ladies here have not felt slighted once the session started and maybe they are actually greatful to have some more time filled that  day.

The confluence of opportunity, desire and cash in pocket keeps my time frame short. Not offended if I get a lot of 'no's', just don't say you are available at 2:00 and then push it to 2:30 or 3:00.

I'm usually willing to schedule up to 1 month out, with confirmations at 1 week, 3 days or day before.

Being a low volume provider, I've found last minute more difficult to schedule because I can't be ready at the drop of a hat

Depending on the exact circumstances such as when I am next looking to see a particular provider, when the next opportunity to see her might be, etc.  If it's pretty far out, I always check-in with her a couple of days before just to make sure everything is still good.

I prefer longer ( 2 hour ) afternoon appointments. I always book a least one week in advance and confirm the day before.

I'm the same way.  If you can't fit me in when I am ready I move on and keep looking till I book.  I get burned with no date sometimes and I get extremely lucky as well.  It's the only strategy that works for me.

Once you've been screened, last minute/same day appointments are more likely to be available as long as her schedule permits. Even with booking a week out, I would still advise to prescreen. Most of us can and will be fine with a week notice, but there are those rare times when we find ourselves with a crazy busy week, taking into account: day jobs, family obligations, pets, school, and still finding time for our fun job. So my vote is... prescreen, book out as far in advance as possible, play safe and have fun!

That's where it depends.  Sometimes people's lives are so fluid that they aren't able to know their schedule that far in advance.

I've had my schedule roughly the same for years, so I can book much farther out.  A week is best for most, though.

I have a variable schedule that I only know a few days ahead of time, which works for my job but sucks for hobbying. Basically leads to me carpet bombing when I know I'll have free time, which I'm sure has annoyed some of the ladies ive tried to seen.

That Em doesn't hate me is a miracle in of itself.
