Maybe this question has been asked or I'm just out of the loop and it's common. Why don't we see or hear more about providers using snapchat as a means to advertise.  

I would think with bp being down that the girls would like a more regular way to stay in contact with repeat clients. Plus there is definitely an advantage to sending a quick video to close the appt I would think.

Anyone have insight?

Well I think that would be good in theory.    But remember you can take screenshots and what not.  What if they don't want their face shown and what not.

Plus some providers don't want to use all that data on their "work" phone.    

But I would say it would go more along those lines of Privacy.   But a good idea.

It's not that hard to hide your face on snapchat just like they do in ads.

i think this is a great idea.... and I'm thinking of making a snapchat to advertise and to also do like a premium so if they can't schedule an appt they can buy a package of pictures videos or whatever the request....
but i wish there was a way to get your snapchat out there for clients to see that is the hard part about it...

I know u can hide your face.

I also understand that a provider can do a "premium chat" which people pay a year or monthly fee for access.  

But again it is up to the comfort level of the provider.  Also how can you get an "ad" out there without first getting contact from a prospective client??   For returning clients yes... new ones... nope.

But also most providers want to be discreet.   With snapchat discretion might be as easy of a thing to do.   Or vise versa.... remember you as a client will be sharing all of your snaps too with them (if you do stories).... I know make two accounts.   But again... more work and what not.

Just things to think about.   Plus "snaps" are outthere forever.   So again comfort level, discretion, and over sharing would be my concerns.

I love snapping my friends to keep in touch From a story to a personal snap - its all entertaining. When I brought this to the board before it was brushed off as "too much social media" and for some of course it won't work... but in this era everything is possible and it doesn't make sense to limit oneself when the world is at our fingertips.

I found a couple BP girls (whom I never met in person) and it is fun to see the stories. Bought a short video from one. I think it would be great advertising if used correctly. So ladies, pm me your snap! Lol.
