While the topic in & of it's self is worthy of discussion, right now it just appears to be getting used as a means to further discredit the OP. I think he has done a fine job of that already all on his own. If you are not the provider in question & have done nothing questionable in your career as a provider, your name likely won't come up. Therefore, you have nothing to be worried about & reviving the OP that this idea stems from is merely continuing the drama, & beating a dead horse. Just my own lil 2cents.

This is a general thread about people creating backchannel without questioning the legitimacy of false accusations.

I used the previous thread as an example given it has caused backchannel gossip. You even said on that particular thread that you're open to sharing one-sided rumors via backchannel. So this thread is merely an attempt to discuss how people approach these types of posts.

The thread that should be pulled is the bs one below. Initially I thought it was a poor gentleman who was outed until I read each one of "his" posts. Then I realized who "it" was after reading "his"  comments that have basically started unfair backchannel about me. Why shouldn't I be able to mention this provider's actions on a thread that is simply about questioning the validity of claims made by one hit wonders.

One of the reasons I went utr and left TER was because of the harassment (yep, I've saved everyone of your stalker emails) but I wasn't able to speak up then due to voluntarily delisting (you can't post on the board in that case).

It's two years later and I despise drama, so I'd prefer to be left alone. I can go back to seeing just old friends or establish new ones via other means, but come on...it's two years later. Please give it a break.

The original thread is on page two, where people don't send much time.  The earlier second thread that was started was pulled because the original thread was still on page one.  The people who oversee this board have not said that the matter is closed so if someone else has something they want to say that will be seen by the larger community of this board, the only way to do it is start a new thread.  You are perfectly entitled to disagree and say so or ignore the tread as you see fit but I see no reason why it should be pulled.
