What is currently considered high for someone new

I think it depends on the service ultimately. I’m ok paying a little more knowing I’ll get a certain experience and service level.
There are many cases I’m seeing where rates are going up and service going down.

My bar is $300 for new and often that is questionable.  Look at Tryst right now in our market and see how many new faces are out there at $400-$500/hour.  Perhaps many of them are just fishing but compared to other markets, MPLS is so fucking high right now, were competing with Manhattan/Hawaii markets.

Take a good look at (as said before) Chicago, Phoenix, Boston or even San Fran.  Quality of the available talent with very compelling menus is very high in those markets and available at a price point average far below us.  

Worthy to repeat; Anyone can charge what they want but sooner or later the boys should figure out that as good or better products are available elsewhere for a substantially less cost.  Also as said before, if you have 2 sessions in Chicago, you can use the difference in cost to absorb the $300 in airfare/lodging.  I haven't looked to see what Sun Country is charging to go to Arizona, I suspect there's probably some deals there yet if you can pick dates based on the rate.

But if you’re looking for FS with a quality local provider for no more than $300/hour, good luck—not many available at that rate.  Even several years ago it was hard to find many good local FS providers at that rate.  But there are some good options at that hourly rate if you schedule more than one hour.  

If you have time and money to fly and you think you can find quality FS providers in the cities you mentioned for a total cost to you of $400-500, go for it.

As someone who literally just toured Manhattan, Boston, DC, etc... Minneapolis is nowhere compared to Manhattan or Hawaii. At my rate, I was considered mid-range in Manhattan. If you are solely looking at Tryst that will skew your results as people will state their hourly rate is lower than it actually is to show up in more searches.  

 
After taking a glance at P411, Eros, Tryst, and another few ad venues, the overwhelming majority of colleagues in Minneapolis are quite on par with Chicago, Phoenix, Boston and San Francisco.

It will take some time but I’ll be happy to throw up some great examples of what I am talking about. Before I go down this path Paige, (and I’m not trying to blow smoke up your ass) there are different levels of professionalism involved with you being on the higher level.  There are a small handful of women in our market that have clearly established themselves and their brand vs the tag-a-longs that have decided their time should also be at your level…no history..no online presence..and so on.

To be fair, New Jersey is just a bus or train ride into Manhattan.  So should check prices there as well that serve Manhattan.

Now you will certainly note, these ladies are either at or slightly above your rates but extra menu options are inclusive in their rates so its quite accurate that seeing these ladies in NY/Manhatten would be actually more affordable so see than you in MPLS for similar services as your extra service is $300 on a 1.5/hr session.   They are all very beautiful, very talented and well established.  

No chance I'll ever be convinced that the cost of rent, goods and/or services in MPLS is comparable to NY/Manhattan.

hell, all anyone has to do is use the search feature hitting the matching menu options and they'll find A LOT of beautiful, established, highly skilled and really naughty gals in these cities that are priced right along or less than our girls operating off a listing site only with little or no history.  There's the point I was trying to make.

I don’t believe that you have seen any of those providers.  It would probably require a lot to do so since your budget is based around living in the Brainerd/Baxter area year round.  Also, I think you said a couple posts ago that your limit is $300/hr for a provider.

Ok guys.... I literally almost never post. This is going to be a long one. Minneapolis is 15 years past its escort prime. I still miss the MFP days. There was a lot of class and fun with those ladies. I had a foursome with three Sams. Sexxxy Sam, Samantha Good and Sam from Chicago. Sexxy and Good shared an incall for a while... Anyway...The caliber and quantity in this town is extremely poor compared to those days. That's just a fact. Current areas I visit with more and higher quality ladies these days are Denver, Phoenix and Orange County. Believe it or not LA has great value. I pop on here every few months praying the guys aren't whining about money and the same handful of women aren't debating them as if they are above it all. It's hookers and johns people. You just don't realize it.... Hell.... ask your wife lol.  Once you're in network yourself with the men first, then the ladies. Be respectful of any woman's husband or boyfriend. You'd be amazed at what might start happening..... Get a real girl not a pro whore.... There was a porn party this past Saturday at a hotel by the airport. Must have had 10 or 12 suites. Free to fuck the girls if you are a member of the website as long as you got an invite. And they blur your face if you want in the final edit..... Go to a bar. If you have any game you can be ok even if you're not great looking. Attitude does a lot. Be confident. It takes practice....Sugar babies run the gamut. Play it right and don't worry about the early 20's GPS. Lots of 30's & 40's sugar babies that for dinner and $200-300 or a little shopping for lingerie gets you an entire evening or all night. No clock watching.... It's not like I'm George fucking Clooney. I'm just a nice regular guy(not at this particular moment) and not rich by any stretch... But there's nearly 4.5 billion pussies on the planet. There's a lot of ways to skin them... Pun intended.  

Sorry for the dissertation. I've had my own unrelated issues this past week and needed to vent..... I know things are easier said than done. I don't believe in marriage, so like many I haven't had to worry about that. It's just a shame the conversations here are like a hamster running in his/her wheel until their time is up.
