I honestly don't think you're in danger provided they weren't saying specific services I;e sex in exchange for cash.
There's only a few times where they took over a parlors phone but it was a land line and that was many years ago. If no one was there then I'm doubting anyone working got arrested, they'd call the person leasing the space first.

....avoid anyone associated with this location unless you know she wasn't arrested and you have her personal contact information that's not associated with the parlor.

Let things settle a bit and see if you hear anything else.

Search warrants need to specify what they are looking for. If the police have the authority to enter a place, it is likely that any and all electronic devices in the place were seized (if there were any) and information on those could be compromised. To look through email, a judge needs to send a subpoena to whoever owns the email server. I would not say that they automatically have the authority to do this just because they entered the place, but it really depends on the crime. It is complex. Personally, I would simply avoid anyone and everyone associated with the place--but only if I had definite proof it had been raided. That is just me though. Better safe than sorry.

One would think they would have the place under surveillance and then wait until it was occupied. Then make arrests and make the news. Also why haven't we heard from more providers or clients?
