And that doesn't include reviews that didn't get posted for whatever reason, providers who were delisted (I've run into several of those), providers who didn't have web sites, reviews not written (perhaps at the providers request), or multiple reviews on one provider not being allowed (I've had that too).  So in reality MDL and others must have seen 2 or 3 times the many providers and spent well over 100K.  I've often wondered what MDL does for a living...Med Dr Longshank?
