A friend and I are really in need of some knot release.... I'm a very knotty girl, 
it can get pretty bad, stiff neck, tense shoulders -and knots for me, so I'm thinking deep tissue but I also enjoy full body...meaning someone who's not butt shy (the gluteus can hold a lot of tension too)
My girlfriend has some stress and knots but nothing as bad as me, any suggestions would be greatly helpful to us both....
I ask about the gal that made the offer because I notice men have a tendency to get distracted onto other areas...
Yet we are looking for therapeutic relief.
