I'm putting my website together & I need to know if you know of a legal disclaimer that also states that anything that be on the website that talks about anything sexual is in the provider's free time or strictly fictional to produce a more better role play situation! lol I just need something to read.... so, I can get a feel for how to write a good one... so, I may write my own! Thank you!
Is there anything else that makes a GREAT & AWESOME Website that I should include... like do you like to see services listed... etc. Do you know of some great websites I could look at to get ideas of how to do mine... I obviously wouldn't imagine copying someone directly... but, looking at a bunch of websites would make it so that I could get a good idea of what I'd like to do with mine!! I'd never plagiarize someone!! I would only look at other's websites to get a feel of what I like in a website & ways I like website layouts, etc!!! Thank you!

You kind of answer your own question.
Just look at some websites. Get a feel for what you want. Find what you like and what you don't like. Make it your own. Done.
If you need more help to get started how about looking at the top providers. They should have some good websites

they are kind of like LE checks, a nice idea but of no real value. A well put together website can generate much more than the 20 bucks you don't want to spend on research. Remember, you can look and get ideas but borrowing content from someone else site can cause problems. Be original, some nice pics that show the real you and tell a little about yourself. Make us think HMMM....I need to meet this one.

In Europe it is very common for a lady to list her services and explicitly state if some things such as anal or facial are extra but its also legal so the 'marketplace' is more transparent. Here for newcomers I like that it sometimes starts with a list but after a clientele is established it becomes more private and I respect that. Im pretty easy to please so the best advice is to be consistent and let the pictures be accurate. I admit that men want face pics but for your privacy and safety DON'T! I'm tired of good girls getting hurt by freaks.
check out tendertryst.com see how her homepage has the pictures zoom in and out and scroll through different images I always think that looks kind of classy. Rest of the website can use some work but the flash is good.
Regarding your disclaimer you could try something like this. All terms, acts, images, or discussions of a sexual nature are fictitious and intended for entertainment purposes only. The content of this website should in no way be interpreted for solicitation of sexual acts of any kind or prostitution.
with that said do not list out acronyms...exposes you too much, plus its just not very classy. IM

Flash can be played on the IPad by using an app called Photon. Costs a few bucks and works well. Also good to use for private browsing.

Disclaimers are a waste of time. They are not legally binding, and they do nothing to protect you. All they do is give you a false sense of security.
If LE couldn't lie to you and tell you they're not LE, then there would be no such thing as undercover agents. They may not be allowed to break the law (participate in said activities) but they can certainly tell you anything you want to hear, and are not bound by any disclaimer or implied agreement.
But hey, maybe they're useless, but they can't hurt.. right? Well, not so fast...
In fact, such disclaimers could actually hurt you more, because it shows willful knowledge that you are doing something illegal and trying to use an non-binding contract to get out of it.
But, don't take my word for it... there are plenty of examples of agencies and providers being prosecuted despite having disclaimers, such as this one (link shortened because it contained words that shouldn't really be used in the forum):
