 I'm guessing they are an agency? Different ads around ND pop up when searching their number... But my need for Asian exceeds my distain for agencies or "co-ops", so just seeing if any one else has been here and done them before I dive in dick first...

I haven't seen any Fargo Asians but the ad and girl remind me of a girl I saw (Linda) who was from NJ I think...and she ended up being part of an agency too. Don't think that helps you much here but she was good..worth it.
