Good question.  I noticed the same thing.  I too would like to know the answer to your question.

Question for everyone:  I saw Heather a number of years ago, before she stopped advertising and I know for a while she was unavailable.

While  I was cruising around on TER, I ran across her website and, just for kicks, I took a look to see what she was up to.  To my suprise, she has an announcement on her site that she is planning on seeing old clients starting the Fall of 2011.

But, so far, no phone number posted and nothing on her calendar.  
Anyone have any info?
