I know of a guy that called a girl from Backpage and it was a sting.  I can't give you a link or anything, as I'm sure it is gone by now.  I am very particular about checking references, and it is very important for you to do the same!  The photos on the ad were nude, and they will arrest you right after you put the money on the table whether you talk about services or not.  This guy did not talk about anything for money; he just asked her rate and said he just wanted to hang out and get to know her.  They arrested him anyway with several other guys that were being booked in the adjoining hotel room.

What some may not realize is that just the fact that you have responded to an escort ad, that is enough for LE to make an arrest. Whether or not they succeed in prosecuting may be a different story but you still have to deal with court appearances, hiring attorneys, your name it the newspapers, ect.

Quick Google search gives all the sorted details. Matt is obviously the largest public figure so he gets the most search engine visibility.

and even if there is no conviction, there is still an arrest record for solicitation. Sucks.

Gents, I've noticed a lot of new BP ads lately accompanied the same day by a single review from a new reviewer.  I always stick with ladies with multiple reviews.  Whether looking online or carrying out a meeting, if it doesn't feel right, don't do it!  

I backed out of a meeting last Thursday when she told me where it was.  Something didn't feel right.  Too bad the pics were awesome!

That's how they get so many, they use very tempting pictures however the ads always have something off. You just need to remember to think with the big head in these cases. Remain safe people!

reviewer can be suspicious.  If it doesn't feel right..then think twice.

Somehow off is the fact they had totally nude pics on the ads I saw, to my understanding backpage doesn't allow nude photos to post through their ad screening process.
Heck I had too much cleavage out & they deleted the photo off mine stating such.
If it happens the ad doesn't stay up for longer than an hr or two.
FWIW new reviewer, new provider can mean a few things : Free VIP scammer, pimp or LE.

Now you can understand why some of us ladies screen a lil more than others.

....very glad I just read your post and the many responses.  I was about to think with the other head after speaking with ads for Zoey and Ellie that were very similar to what has been described in other responses.  Fishy business going on these days -- so probably time to stick with regulars or well reviewed ladies.
