It seems like there's some sort of crackdown on prostitution going on. Minneapolis city council has made some sort of call to have Backpage shut down their adult services section, and it seems like there are a lot of arrests going on recently. Is it just me, or are my concerns justified?

This one is no different. The Minneapolis city council seems to be on the verge of changing their position on massage, too.

I know I’ve lessened my hobbying as of late.  I’d like to hear from some providers if they have notices a drop-off in business lately.  As I understand it the summer tends to be slow, but I think there is certainly a different feeling out that because of the recent event in the Cities.

I'm not saying vice cops are stupid, but they are banking on YOU being stupid, so... don't be stupid and you'll be alright. If you can't help being stupid, as many pussy-whipped, dick-lead fucktards around here can't, then at least remnember the fist rule of dealing with popo - STFU.

Typos are a dime a dozen and I'm really not taking a shot. It's just that one resonated for me. I spent a lot of years remnembering the fist rule until I discovered the hobby. At which point I gladly forgot the fist rule.

Cracking down on prostitution, particularly by always bringing up human trafficking whether or not it has anything to do with any specif bust, is an easy way to score cheap political points.  As the saying goes, let's be careful out there.

The fist rule is important. Whenever you're feeling drawn towards doing something stupid, employ the fist rule and when finished, you will see things with crystal clarity.

'Seeing women that require screening' will NOT in any way shape or form protect the hobbyist from a sting! On the contrary, it'd be smart for LE to pursue that....provide a false sense of security to the hobbyist.

The dialog was around screening - NOT reviews(BIG difference).

That said, if you believe providing a complete stranger personal info helps ensure your not dealing with LE, than knock yourself out. I doubt many would agree.
