Why should John or Jane worry about hacks or the encrypted email system when the local collection of information has been silently going on for years.  Are you comfortable with what you have shared with big scheduling?  Yes the sky is falling but instead of loose lips sinking ships it may be loose practices.  I personally go indy ONLY now for a reason.

... about the personal info they keep on Clients, all they keep after you're verified is the email ID you gave them and your P411 ID. That info by itself isn't enough to identify someone (unless you used an email with your real name in it!).  AM had PII in its database.  

If you're concerned about this, be sure to not put any photos with your profile and don't put anything in your write up that could identify you.

Your payment info is in their data base which contains your name and billing address.  That deletion of all info is a bunch of BS

They say they don't retain any CC info. But if you're concerned that they're lying about that, they take bit coin, money orders, checks, and even cash.  

But to play it safe, you shouldn't use ANY online service for anything related to this stuff.  Including P411... and TER.  ;)

Folks there is no deletion of info, anywhere, anytime.  Info is bigger than currency these days.  Some douche already created a way for everything virtual to get stored indefinitely many years ago.  Wait until high hanging fruit starts to ripen and fall.  Bury your head all you want but the next hack will occur (probably executed by fueled by our own Federal Gov't).  It's easier to publicly slut shame than prosecute these days and cheaper.  Have fun all ya'll.
