I suppose TER is based in CA, and the site operator doesn't know how to set a different time zone for each state.

Hell, I'd be happy just to have the most recently replied to messages float to the top like they do on every other message board I've ever used.  As it stands, if you post a message to any page other than the first, your comments will be read by very few people; although they’ll still come up in searches, I guess.
