Every new pic of a previously unseen hottie isn't going to be LE; probably very few of them are.

It does say she is 5' 10". On a girl that tall 150# would not look too bad, esspecially if the pic is a little old. And in todays market the price is high for CL, so cosidering the hottie factor here that could be legit. I think you are all correct to be cautious but I would not write this off automaticly. Some brave soul migh go in cautiously and TOFTT.... And possibly be rewarded!
