So back when I first started providing I didn't screen because I didn't know such a thing existed. I was exclusively bp and still learning.  

I got a call for an outcall, got to the neighborhood and the houses were all huge and nice. I pull up in the driveway, and the guy comes out to greet me. I walk up in my dress and heels and give him a big hug.  

Then his wife walks out.  

I look at his face and have a horrible realization.

Apparently this jokester was the guys neighbor and watched the whole thing. Had the nerve to comment on my car on the phone after to let me know he'd seen me.  

It's funny now and I'm sure the innocent guy I hugged and his wife have a funny story to tell.

If I  pretend that I'm beating a woman, my dog will attack me and snap at my crotch. On the flip side, he likes to hump women when aunt flo is visiting. A looong time ago (15 years?) I wanted to fulfill a fetish I had of a haircut that turned sexy. So, I asked in this discussion board and a provider answered she'd be willing, but I'd have to bring my own scissors since she didn't have any. ... and you've display admirable resiliency with your attitude about it. You were used as the butt of a prank and you can laugh about it. The insensitivity and disregard of the feelings and real life consequences on the part of those being pranked is pretty disturbing. I can only imagine your emotions at the time... possibly mortifying?  Or not...

It was so startling that I had little room to be mad or mortified. Funny thing was the same guy apologized a few weeks later, blamed the cocaine he was on for his antics, and wanted to see me for incall. That, obviously, did not happen.
