congratulate the police. For once, they got a true bad guy.  Child prostitution is the part of the business the police needs to target.

Unfortunately, this is the reason why this is illegal to begin with. There may be some people that are "legit" but the majority are not, and that is why it is still illegal.

You think this is bad, you should see what happens to teens in Europe.
