I was concerned for your health and the health of the ladies you have seen and will see! If you are practicing safe sex and the providers you see are as well, your chances of contracting something is less than if you were playing with civies. Providers are usually much more careful than civies and get tested frequently. There is still risk involved with BBBJ, of course, but not as much as with BBFS.

It seems pretty clear to me he's saying that, even though the girls he sees demand a cover or you get nothing, he's still concerned about contracting something. I can relate to that--it's my numero uno concern for this hobby, and, as unpleasant a topic as it may be, I'd love to see some discussion of it.
