you might try hanging around the local strip bars if you have time.... a place called fuzzies and then a couple in superior... sometimes the ladies will provide extra service... also, indies sometimes hang either in the bars or just outside hoping for a hook up.... look for the obvious.

there is also a yoshiko's massage near piedmont/west-end, but they are always hurting for business.

given the right hood, the depressed economy, and libertarian bent of some folks there, you might also just be able to get a nice girl to consider some no-strings bonus...  Good luck!
