Wow. I rarely reply to these posts (I just read and digest), but that took great reserve on his part. I get it, he's a guy in a wheelchair, etc. but this wasn't a free service. He paid with time, money, and effort. He doesn't deserve to be "bait and switched" like that especially when he's expecting one type of woman and getting something way, way different.
When you're providing a service, you have to be open and honest. I'm sorry, I probably would have wrote a poor review to warn others, and maybe would have refused the service altogether. I get being a gentleman and all, but again, this isn't free for him. He's paying for a service and has to jump through many a hoop to secure said date i.e. screening, etc. only to meet a person that has misrepresented themselves. I get how he's feeling because it has happened to me, and I am sure others in this hobby as well. People need to be open and honest with their representation (ideally two-way street but definitely for the provider since they are being compensated for this time). Just my two cents.
I would have eneded it at the door. It would be like ordering ravioli from a 5 star Italian restaurant and getting chef boyardee. Most providers what proof of who they are seeing, (DL, LinkedIn, work badge,) She misrepresented her self with very out dated photo's on her site. The poor guy put a lot of thought, effort, and planning in to this date. Not to metion the 2 grand for the date and the 300 tip he added before the door even opened. Just be polite and say here is 100 dollars for your trouble and car fare, and be honest and say you look nothing like your photo's on your website and you are a lot older then you say on your website, am sorry but the person standing in from of me is not the women I made a date with. I would call her a bait-and-switch. Then I would write a review and let others know. Maybe she will update her webpage with her real age and recent photos. Even if she is older someone will see her photo's and age and still make a date.

Regardless of whatever issues she might have been dealing with, she was running a con on him. It was almost certainly not the first time and almost certainly won't be the last. He should review what happened to warn others.
