I was thinking the same thing. Website looks incomplete...I dunno, something seems weird here, can't figure exactly what, aside from what you mentioned.

She was a big porn figure just a few years ago and I have seen many of her movies.  She always showed a ton of energy in her movies.

One thing that does verify is her handle "sierrasmiles".  If you search it on the porn brd it goes back a long time.

I would say yes, she is legit.
