The best thing is to go only with well-reviewed providers or well-known touring agencies, if you are worried.

If you are picking up a street girl, never say anything until she gets in the car, and you have driven away. Cops won't get in the car, usually. And sometimes the girl will ask you to show cock before discussing activities and costs.
